GergaOil Foundation

Supports programs targeted in the development of corn and sugar agriculture, ethanol and biofuel production, and the overall alleviation of the effects of global warming and climate change.

GergaCapital Corporation

GergaCapital will be the first private corporation in the Philippines to engage in Microfinance Services. Our flagship programs, K.A.K.A.M.P.I. (Kapital Para Sa Kabuhayan Ng Masang Pilipino, a microfinance program based on the Grameen Bank Model intended to reach, primarily, the urban poor and micro entre-pinoys of Metro Manila and eventually, rural micro entre-pinoys), AFP-WIVES, and PNP-WIVES (programs that provide income generating cash capital to the wives of AFP and PNP officers/personnel) shall be the foundations of our business operations.

GergaCrossings Corporation

GergaCrossings shall reinforce the Philippine government’s Strong Republic Nautical Highway initiatives by providing RORO vessels to enhance public access to selected tourism areas and an alternative route for the flow of agricultural products throughout the country.

With GergaOil and the above named companies, we shall continue to seek out business opportunities that reinforce movements for the progress and sustainable growth of the Philippines.
