Mr. Victor T. Nubla hails from the family of Mr. Ralph Nubla and the Nubla Family in the Philippines who have various significant interests in Philippine business including the Philippine Bank of Communications (PBCOM), Chinabank Corporation (CHINABANK), and Chinatrust Commercial Bank Corporation (CHINATRUST).

Mr. Nubla himself has been in the real estate and financing business for more than twenty-seven years. His extensive knowledge and experience reaches out to a vast array of business environments such as management and financial consultancy, real estate development, agri-business, and aqua-culture, among others.
